We custom make most of our products so please allow 3 to 5 business days of fulfillment time for your items(s) to be created especially for you. After your item(s) have been packaged and processed you will then be sent a tracking code. You should receive your order within the following approximate delivery times:

United Kingdom: Avg. 7 - 10 business days (after fulfillment).

All UK orders of £100 or more are automatically eligible for free shipping.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Our printable garments use the newest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology that allows us to offer many design color options. Our inks are high-quality and durable, but they need proper care to maintain their vibrancy.

You can wash your printed apparel in cold water, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only use non-chlorine bleach if needed. Avoid using fabric softeners or dry-cleaning the items.

For drying, you can use a low tumble-dry cycle, but it’s better to hang-dry them. If you need to iron them, use a cool iron inside-out and do not iron over the print.

By following these instructions, you can prevent the print from fading or cracking and the garment from shrinking, which can happen if you wash or dry them on a high setting.

In the event that your chosen product is not available a close alternative will be used if available.
